Head of Business Development

Following exponential growth the company requires a head of business development to help the company achieve its growth objectives and professionalise the sales process.

This is a critical hire for the Company and the founder would like to eventually hand over the title of CEO to this individual.

An excellent compensation package is available with a strong incentive structure.

  • Job Title: Head of Business Development.
  • Location: (Remote, with travel).
  • Compensation: Base + Bonus.
  • Identify and close corporate clients by selling the firm's products and services such as crypto payments, merchant gateway and institutional grade wallet solutions.
  • Manage entire sales process from lead generation to qualification to contract to on-boarding.
  • Stay abreast of market developments and contribute to the firm’s strategic direction.
  • Help identify affiliates and set up and manage an affiliate program.
  • Responsible for marketing and digital media.
  • Experience in a sales role in the following sectors, B2B crypto, payments, or an industry where there is a demand for crypto payment and wallet infrastructure solutions, such as gaming, real estate, luxury travel.
  • Experience hitting ambitious sales targets.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently.
